About
Hi, I’m Alexandrea, the heart and soul behind GSS Catering Company. As a single mom, I wanted to ensure my son grew up with the best, most wholesome food, so I took it upon myself to make everything from scratch – from baby food to family meals. This passion for cooking started at a young age, when my mom and grandmother taught me the importance of preparing food from the heart.
Though I don’t have formal culinary training, I’ve honed my skills by cooking for family and friends, and I’ve developed a true love for crafting authentic dishes. My menus are as diverse as my cooking style, but my heart lies in creating rich, flavorful Italian and Asian dishes that tell a story with every bite.
What sets GSS Catering apart is my commitment to quality. I believe in using the best ingredients and preparing food with love, just as I was taught as a child.
